She is so darling. That smile! I feel like I want that break. Where everything is right where I put it. I still have a 14, 17 and 19 year old at home. So I think grandkids will blend into them. Yikes. Oh well. I guess my house will hold up. Not sure about me! It is nice to not feel like I'm the only one. My son is like a tornado through everything. He's worse now than when he was little.

You are one amazing Grandma!!

Pretty cute kids, Jen, but I know the "Yay" feeling about gaining some time for yourself again!

I love her radio flyer picture...darling. I bet she does love it.

Happy Birthday to Madison (love the trike!) and congrats Grandma. I'm sure your time with her will be more precious now that you (and she) get some time apart! does this mean more creativity happening?

Cute little present for the birthday girl! Let being a grandma be what you want it to be.

Oh yes I can feel your pain.. mixed with love. When the grandchildren arrive it is always a whirlwind on the house! And I get very tired by the end of the stay. I don't know how you do it! Hugs to all and a Happy Birthday 2 year old! Hugs, Diane

Happy Birthday to both of you!!! xo

That is the cutest bike ever!!! And funny how you sound like most moms when their kids finally go off to school - kind of bittersweet but ready to enjoy the freedom.

Yay for Grandma Jen!

love the trike! and three cheers for being a Grandma again! (instead of the live-in Nanny)
