Hello friends. We're getting to the last of them I'm afraid. John noticed this new one in old town recently. Thanks for the heads up, John! Since I can't get photos to open BIG on this blog (even tho I've seen it happen on plenty of other Typepad blogs) I'll show two close ups as well.
Thanks for all the nice comments on the K-Mart monogrammed towels. I found a great site that not only has ALL the letters in stock, they mark down these Bigz alpha dies 20%. SO. By buying them at $16 instead of $20, and by utilizing the following tip, you can get the whole alpha for $320 instead of the $520 most people think the alpha set would cost for retail. Here's the tip; don't buy an F, I, L, O, P or V. You can cut various appendages off an E for the L and F, the H to make an I (you'd get two I's, actually), lop off the first half of the W to make a V, remove the leg off an R to make a P, and snip the tail off the Q for an O. Voila! 20 letters purchased but you can still cut the whole alphabet. AND, I'm happy to report to you Spellbinder's Wizard owners, these huge dies work on our machines just fine. I wonder if there's a die in the world that the Wizard can't accomodate? Hmm. Okay, there's my money-saving crafters tips for the day! Still not cheap, but certainly cheaper! I have a feeling I've got lots of monograms and letter-related crafting and sewing in my future. :-)
Hey Jen!
That is one bright mural! So very cool! I can't imagine being able to paint like that! Just wanted to let you know that I finally updated my blog, so you can catch up on Carla's World! Have a safe and happy Halloween!

Jen, I looked on line and Kmart doesn't have the towels anymore. :-( I was hoping to find some. Our Kmart is now a Sears. I loved your towels.
